What we engineer in the printing factory

Press Installation & Alignment

Offset sheet-fed and web press installation, precision leveling, cylinder alignment, and vibration isolation foundations.

Central Ink Kitchen

Automated ink dispensing, ink return systems, viscosity control, and ink room ventilation with solvent recovery.

Bindery & Finishing Lines

Folding, cutting, stitching, perfect binding, and trimming lines integrated with press output scheduling.

Press Hall Layout

Material flow optimization, paper storage, WIP staging, and finished goods logistics within the press hall.

Utility Engineering

Compressed air, chilled water, exhaust ventilation, power distribution, and UPS for press control systems.

Color & Quality Control

Inline color measurement, density control, register monitoring, and ISO 12647-2 standardization across all presses.

What press manufacturers does MCLANTIS work with?
MCLANTIS installs and integrates presses from Heidelberg, MAN Roland, Komori, KBA, Goss, and other manufacturers. All presses are calibrated to a unified quality standard.
How is ink kitchen safety managed?
Central ink kitchens include solvent recovery systems, explosion-proof ventilation, ink leak detection, and fire suppression. All systems comply with local safety regulations.
Can existing presses be upgraded during installation?
Yes. MCLANTIS can integrate inline color measurement, auto-plate loading, and closed-loop color control during installation. Existing presses can also be retrofitted with automation upgrades.
What utility infrastructure is required?
A typical press hall requires compressed air (6-8 bar), chilled water (12-15°C), exhaust ventilation, power distribution (3-phase 400V), and UPS for press control systems.
